When you submit an online reservation:

• We will process your request generally within one business day.
• We will email you a confirmation of receipt if you provided an email address. We may also include a copy of the statement.
• When we process your request, we will change our availability calendar on the web. Because this is done manually, the web may be a day behind requests, but it prevents automated systems from disrupting business by making bogus bookings.
• We will send you a statement requesting deposit and showing the total amount of the booking. You have two weeks to pay the deposit.
