The swim area includes a large dock, swim raft, and net for water volleyball.

The water at the shore is about 18 inches deep. The entire resort shoreline is lined with a wooden seawall.

The swim raft is anchored in 4 to 5 feet of water. The entire swim area is roped off to keep out boats.

When not used for swimming, people often fish from the big dock.

Just off the ramp to the big dock is a tractor-tire sandbox and the swing for grownups.
